Thank you for supporting independent art and design.
Many of our products are made to order after purchase. This allows us to reduce waste and create products specifically for each customer.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once we review the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Returns
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

Items must include original tags where applicable

Art prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made to order specifically after purchase.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns for items that have been correctly supplied but are no longer wanted, where the return is not required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please carefully review product descriptions and size guides before purchasing.
Personalised or customised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Art Print Returns
Art prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We cannot accept returns for prints that have been damaged after delivery, displayed, altered, or incorrectly handled.
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photographs and we will resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or product, please contact us. Where applicable, you may return your original item and place a new order.
European Union Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a person you nominate (other than the carrier), receives the final item in your order.
To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.
If you cancel under this right, you must return the item within 14 days after notifying us.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
This right does not apply to personalised products or goods made to your specific requirements where an exemption applies under applicable consumer protection law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
